The dogs in the Before Grooming pictures could be classified as the Grooming Industries' "PET PEEVES" ...

They could also be classified as cases of owner NEGLECT!

These dogs are not happy comfortable pets. The knotted fur and encrusted eyes & usually infected ears & unpleasant smell means that these pets also suffer from lack of attention (TLC)

Heavily knotted coats could also be a haven for Fleas & Tics. The transformations revealed in the (After Grooming) pictures looks great but also requires an adjustment period for the animal as usually the groomer has to "strip" the fur very short.

This process takes longer and is very stressful to the pet.
Dogs who require professional styling should visit the grooming shop
at least every 3 months and owners should brush, clip nails and
clean ears in between visits.
