Update on Pitbull Ban- EMC NEWS APRIL 5, 2007

Message from the Ontario Wildlife Coalition

Thousands of orphaned baby wild animals are left to die each year because of inhumane government regulations that have caused the loss of wildlife rehabilitation services in Ontario.
Please go to www.helpbabywildlife.ca  and send the sign-on letter to let politicians know, in the upcoming election, that this is not the kind of Ontario you wish to live in.
You can help further by asking friends who share your concern to visit this site and submit the letter.  Finally, don’t forget to raise the issue with the political candidates in your riding when they call on you for support.
A minute of your time will make the world of difference to many small and innocent lives.
Thank you to those who have already responded.

RIP October 2007

NIKKI: This exquisite Miniature Poodle, I am proud to say, lived very happily with us & enthusiastically announced the arrival of customers to our business on a daily basis. He will be dearly missed by one and all. Nikki had his photo in Modern Dog Magazine in Fall 2007.

Sweetie Rescue

I thought you might like to get some news about a little dog that I adopted from you (pet rescue).
I hope that you will remember this little sweatheart. Her name is Sweetie, she is a little black poodle. I took her home in March 2005. Mom and I just love her to pieces, she does live up to her name. She is funny and so very loving. Her hobbies are chasing the sqirrells and stealing the peanuts I put out for them, trying to get our big ol cat to play with her, and sitting at the table with us. She has her own chair.
I just wanted you to know how very happy we are with her and as far as I can see, she is very happy with us. I am sending a photo of her.

Thank for trusting me to take care of her. GP

Dixey

This dog was adopted 8 years ago by our Customer Service Clerk, Victoria.  It is truly
a rags to riches story. Pictured is Dixey this summer at her cottage where she protects her mistress from those awful snakes and saucy squirrels.  Truly a portrait of a well loved and happy pet.
